INTERNAL RULES / HOUSE RULES

1. Check-in is always after 2 pm. Check-out until 12:00 (midday). It is essential that this schedule is met, as we need a break for cleaning and preparation for the next guest who will check in from 14:00. If the apartment is not vacated within 30 minutes, the person responsible for sanitation and cleaning will remove all belongings and guests will be subject to a fine of R $ 50.00 per hour in excess.

2. Respect the hours of silence, from 10 pm to 8 am. The use of radios, stereos, DVDs, karaoke video, musical instruments and devices, or any sound instrument, must be done in a way that does not disturb the neighbors, observing the attitudes of the Regional Administration and Police Regulations (Law 4.591 / 64 art 10, III and art 19; Civil Code, ad 554, and Law of Criminal Misdemeanors, art. 42).

3. Visits are not allowed, that is, people will not be allowed to enter the apartment, nor in the leisure areas, who are no longer on the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R $ 100.00 per person per day.

4. The guest must arrange for the repair or replacement of any part or appliance belonging to the Condominium or the unit, which has been damaged by him, or his companions, or which is providing service to him, within 24 (twenty-four) hours . In the case of rent booked by daily rates and season, the insurance and / or deposit stipulated for the repair or repair of the property will be notified and activated.

5. Do not ride the elevators wearing beach clothes, without a shirt and barefoot.

6. It is forbidden to use stereos, drinks in glass bottles and glasses in the pool area.

7. Do not spread clothes, towels, rugs, shoes or any objects to dry on the balcony and window of the unit. Spitting, throwing papers, or any other residue through windows, balconies, corridors, areas, or other places in the building.

Please do not use body and face towels as a floor cloth. Inappropriate use of these items will result in a fine of R $ 100.00 per damaged part.

8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and in most common areas. If you are a smoker, ask at the reception the area that is allowed for its use.

9. Forbidden to throw in the toilets, sinks and tanks, objects that can cause their clogging.

10. It is the sole responsibility of parents who allow the use of elevators for children under 12 unaccompanied. Also being prohibited, the unnecessary use of elevators for recreation.

The place for the children's recreation is the swimming pool accompanied by legal guardians.

11. Due to COVID, only circulate in the common areas of the building using masks.

12. According to the condominium's Internal Regulations, failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in a fine, so they will be passed on to guests and, if applicable, communicated to the booking agency website.
