Located in the heart of Bessa, our space features a wonderful ground-floor pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunny days. Additionally, there's a fully equipped, air-conditioned gym so you can keep up with your exercise routine.
With 24-hour security, convenience, and a secure parking space, Vert House also offers a fixed parking space, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.
The location is unbeatable! We're just 300 meters from the Bessa Beach shore, close to gyms, restaurants, and a gas station, so you can easily enjoy every moment.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF COMMON AREAS:

Pool:
- Located on the ground floor
- Hours of Use: 8 am to 8 pm.
- Maintenance every MONDAY. The day may change without notice, so it will not be used on these days.
Post-reservation Procedure:
- Send ID (front and back) or driver's license with photo, along with a selfie.
Linen:
- Consists of 1 fitted sheet, 1 fitted sheet, pillowcases, and 1 bath towel per guest, depending on the number of guests entered in the reservation, plus 1 face towel per bathroom.

1. DOCUMENTATION:
After confirming your reservation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, as well as a selfie for verification. This also applies to all guests accompanying the reservation. This measure is part of our security protocol.
2. ACCESS:
No visitors are allowed. Only people registered on the reservation are allowed. Additional guests may be added to the reservation upon PAYMENT of the additional amount and the unit's AVAILABILITY to accommodate more people.
3. BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is NOT included.
4. CLEANING:
Cleaning is not daily. The cleaning fee only covers the initial cleaning and washing of bed linens. If you require additional cleaning, you may request it, and the same amount will be charged as the initial fee. We provide sheets and towels, but we do not have blankets or covers.
5. DAMAGE TO LINEN:
In case of makeup, paint, or food stains, you will be charged for replacement of the damaged item. Please note: Do not use body and face towels as dishcloths, as this will result in a fine of R$100.00 per item.
6. PARKING:
Parking is indoors, with designated spaces.
7. POOL:
The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
8. CLEANING AT CHECK-IN:
Cleaning is performed before check-in. If you notice any issues, please notify us immediately upon check-in so we can resolve them quickly.
9. DAILY RATES:
The daily rate is not the same every day.
10. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:
We provide basic items for the start of your stay: detergent, toilet paper, and amenities (soap, shampoo). It is the guest's responsibility to replenish them as needed.
11. CONTACT THE RECEPTION:
For questions related to accommodations, please avoid contacting the building's reception. Use our customer service. For questions about the building's facilities, please contact the reception (if available).
12. COMMUNICATION WITH MIRAMAR:
We are available to assist you through the following channels: website chat, business phone, and messaging app. Our hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Delays may occur during peak periods.
IMPORTANT: Flexible check-in and check-out times are not available. To ensure hygiene and quality service, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. To authorize guests on the day of check-in,
Miramar Hospedagens will contact you to complete the security procedure. You must submit a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. Companions will need to complete the same procedure for each guest (photos of the ID + selfie).

HOUSE RULES / REGULATIONS
1. Check-in is always after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). It is essential that this time is adhered to, as we require a break for cleaning and preparation for the next guest, who will check in after 3:00 PM. If the apartment is not vacated within 30 minutes, the cleaning and sanitation manager will remove all belongings, and guests will be subject to a fine of R$50.00 per additional hour.
*Last-time reservations may result in changes to the check-in time.
2. Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The use of radios, stereos, DVD players, karaoke players, musical instruments, or any other sound equipment must be done in a manner that does not disturb neighbors, in compliance with the regulations of the Regional Administration and Police Regulations (Law 4,591/64, art. 10, III, and art. 19; Civil Code, add. 554, and the Law of Criminal Offenses, art. 42).
3. Visitors are not permitted, meaning that entry into the apartment or leisure areas will not be permitted to anyone not already listed on the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$100.00 per person, per day.
4. Guests must arrange for the repair or replacement of any part or appliance belonging to the Condominium or the unit that has been damaged by them or their guests, or that is being serviced for them, within 24 (twenty-four) hours. In the case of rentals booked by the day or season, the guest will be notified and the insurance and/or security deposit stipulated for the repair or repair of the property will be activated.
5. Do not use elevators wearing beachwear, without a shirt, or barefoot.
6. It is prohibited to use stereos, drinks in glass bottles, and glasses in the pool area.
7. Do not hang clothes, towels, rugs, shoes, or any other objects to dry on the unit's balcony or window. Do not spit, throw paper, or any other waste from windows, balconies, hallways, areas, or other areas of the building.
Please do not use body and face towels as floor cloths. Improper use of these items will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in most common areas. If you smoke, ask at reception which area is permitted for smoking.
9. Throwing objects that could cause clogging into toilets, sinks, and tubs is prohibited.
10. Parents are solely responsible for allowing children under 12 years of age to use the elevators unaccompanied. Unnecessary use of the elevators for recreation is also prohibited.
The pool is the designated recreation area for children accompanied by legal guardians.
The pool is maintained every Monday. Maintenance days may change without prior notice, so use will not be possible on those days!
