Miramar is a vacation rental company and not a hotel. Please see our guidelines:
1. DOCUMENTATION: After confirming your reservation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, as well as a selfie for verification. This also applies to all guests on the reservation. This measure is part of our security protocol.
2. ACCESS: No visitors are allowed. Only those registered on the reservation are allowed.
3. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is NOT included.
4. CLEANING: Cleaning is not provided daily. The cleaning fee covers only the initial cleaning and washing of bed and bath linens. If you require additional cleaning, you may request it, and the same amount as the initial fee will be charged. We provide sheets and towels, but we do not have blankets or covers.
5. DAMAGE TO LINEN: In the event of makeup, paint, or food stains, you will be charged for the replacement of the damaged item. Please note: Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$100.00 per item.
6. CLEANING AT CHECK-IN: Cleaning is performed before check-in. If you notice any defect, please notify us immediately upon check-in so we can resolve it quickly.
7. VARIABLE DAILY RATES: The daily rate is not the same every day.
8. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS: We provide basic items for the start of your stay: detergent, toilet paper, and amenities (soap, shampoo). It is the guest's responsibility to replenish them as needed.
9. COMMUNICATION WITH MIRAMAR: We are available to assist you through the available channels: website chat, business phone, and messaging app. Our service hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Delays may occur during peak periods.
IMPORTANT: Flexible check-in and check-out times are not available. To ensure sanitation and quality service, check-in is currently at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

To authorize guests' entry on the day of check-in, Miramar Hospedagens will contact you to complete the security procedure. You must submit a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie holding the document. Companions will need to complete the same procedure for each of them (send photos of the document + selfie).
Solar Bananeiras is an exclusive condominium with 5 apartments: 3 one-bedroom units, 1 two-bedroom unit, and 1 three-bedroom unit. The space offers comfort, privacy, rotating parking, and complete infrastructure for a peaceful stay. Perfect for families or groups of friends, each apartment was designed to provide convenience and well-being during the stay. Located in the heart of Brejo Paraibano, in Bananeiras, Solar Bananeiras combines the tranquility of the mountainous region with easy access to the city's attractions, ensuring unforgettable moments in a welcoming environment surrounded by nature.

HOUSE RULES / REGULATIONS
1. Check-in is always after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). It is essential that this time is adhered to, as we require a break for cleaning and preparation for the next guest, who will check in after 3:00 PM. If the apartment is not vacated within 30 minutes, the cleaning and sanitation manager will remove all belongings, and guests will be subject to a fine of R$50.00 per additional hour.
*Last-time reservations may result in changes to the check-in time.
2. Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The use of radios, stereos, DVD players, karaoke players, musical instruments, or any other sound equipment must be done so as not to disturb neighbors, in compliance with the regulations of the Regional Administration and Police Regulations (Law 4,591/64, art. 10, III, and art. 19; Civil Code, add. 554, and Law of Criminal Offenses, art. 42).
3. Visitors are not permitted, meaning that entry into the apartment or leisure areas will not be permitted to anyone not already listed in the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$100.00 per person, per day.
4. The guest must arrange for the repair or replacement of any part or device belonging to the Condominium or the unit that has been damaged by them or their guests, or that is being serviced for them, within 24 (twenty-four) hours. For rentals booked by the day or season, the owner will be notified and the insurance and/or security deposit stipulated for repairs or repairs will be activated.
5. Do not use elevators wearing beachwear, without a shirt, or barefoot.
6. Use of stereos, drinks in glass bottles, and glasses in the pool area is prohibited.
7. Do not hang clothes, towels, rugs, shoes, or any other objects to dry on the unit's balcony or window. Spit, throw paper, or any other waste from windows, balconies, hallways, areas, or other areas of the building.
Please do not use body and face towels as floor cloths. Improper use of these items will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in most common areas. If you smoke, ask at the reception desk which area is permitted for smoking.
9. It is forbidden to throw objects that could cause clogging into toilets, sinks, and laundry tubs.
10. It is the sole responsibility of parents to allow children under 12 years of age to use elevators unaccompanied. Unnecessary use of elevators for recreation is also prohibited.
The pool is the designated place for children's recreation, accompanied by legal guardians.
11. According to the condominium's Bylaws, failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in a fine, which will be passed on to guests and, if applicable, communicated to the booking agency website.
