Come and stay in this incredible flat in the Garden Haus building. The unit accommodates up to 3 people, with a double bed and an extra bed. Air-conditioned, the space offers comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. For your convenience, there is a wardrobe and TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is compact but equipped with the essentials for preparing quick meals. Comfort, convenience, and a prime location await you!
IMPORTANT: Please pay attention to the Unit Usage Rules!
- Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Please note that you do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per item. The same applies to stained sheets.
- Booking Procedure: After confirming your reservation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, and a selfie for data verification. The same procedure applies to all accompanying guests listed on the reservation. This measure is part of our safety protocol to ensure peace of mind for everyone.
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out must be done by 12 PM. The interval between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. We strive to provide the best possible stay, and for this we also rely on the guest's cooperation in respecting our schedules.
* Access Information: From check-in onwards, the guest is responsible for their accommodation. If there are any problems with the lock or damage, this must be reported to us; however, the resolution of the problem will be at the expense of the owner or the guest using the unit.
IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION:
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ACCOMMODATION.
Check-in during the early morning or late night: If necessary, a reservation must also be made for the previous day.
Swimming Pool:
- Located on the rooftop.
- Hours of Use: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Maintenance every MONDAY, no use on that day.
Post-booking procedure:
- Sending a copy of your ID (front and back) or driver's license with photo, accompanied by a selfie.
Linens:
- Composed of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases and bath towels, according to the number of guests included in the reservation.
ATTENTION: We are not responsible for items left in the properties after checkout.

Please check our guidelines:
1. DOCUMENTATION:
After booking confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, as well as a selfie for verification. The same applies to all accompanying guests on the reservation. This measure is part of our safety protocol.
2. ACCESS:
Visitors are not allowed. Only people registered on the reservation may have access.
3. BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is not included.
4. CLEANING:
Cleaning is not daily. The cleaning fee only covers the initial tidying and washing of bed linens and towels. If you would like extra cleaning, you can request it, and the same amount as the initial fee will be charged. We provide sheets and towels, but we do not have blankets or comforters.
5. DAMAGE TO LINENS:
In case of makeup, ink, or food stains, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Attention: Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per item.
6. PARKING: Parking is on a rotating basis, subject to availability.
7. POOL:
The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
8. CLEANING AT CHECK-IN:
Cleaning is performed before check-in. If you identify any issues, please notify us immediately upon check-in so we can resolve them as soon as possible.
9. VARIABLE DAILY RATES:
The daily rate is not the same every day.
10. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:
We provide basic items for the start of your stay: detergent, toilet paper, and amenities (soap, shampoo, subject to availability). Replenishment is the guest's responsibility as needed.
11. CONTACTING RECEPTION:
For accommodation-related questions, please avoid contacting the building's reception. Use our customer service department. For questions about the building's facilities, please contact reception (if available).
12. COMMUNICATION WITH MIRAMAR:
We are available to assist you through the following channels: website chat, business phone, and messaging app. Our hours of operation are from 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Delays may occur during peak periods.
IMPORTANT: Check-in and check-out times cannot be flexible. To ensure hygiene and quality service, we maintain check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you an excellent stay!
To authorize guest entry on the check-in day, Miramar Hospedagens will conduct a security procedure.
Check-in Instructions:
Required Documentation: Please send a photo of each guest's ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie holding the document. This procedure must also be followed for all accompanying guests.
Sending Photos: Please ensure that the photos of the document and the selfie are clear and legible.
These measures are intended to guarantee the security and proper verification of guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

REGIMENTO INTERNO / REGRAS DA CASA
1. Check-in sempre após as 15:00hs. Check-out até às 12:00hs (meio-dia). É fundamental que este horário seja cumprido, porque necessitamos de um intervalo para limpeza e preparação para o próximo hóspede que fará o seu check-in a partir das 15:00hs. Se em até 30 minutos o apartamento não estiver desocupado, a responsável pela higienização e limpeza, retirará todos os pertences e os hóspedes da estadia estarão sujeitos à multa de R$ 50,00 por hora excedente.
*Reserva de última poderá ocorrer alteração no horário do check-in.
2. Respeitar o horário de silêncio, das 22:00hs às 08:00hs. O uso de rádios, aparelhos de som, DVD, vídeo karaokê, aparelhos e instrumentos musicais, ou qualquer instrumento sonoro, deverá ser feito de modo a não perturbar os vizinhos, observadas as posturas da Administração Regional e Regulamentos Policias (Lei 4.591/64 art. 10, III e art. 19; Código Civil, ad. 554, e Lei das Contravenções Penais, art. 42).
3. Não é permitido visitas, ou seja, não será permitida a entrada no apartamento, nem nas áreas de lazer, por pessoas que já não constem na reserva. A não obediência dessa regra ocasionará multa de R$ 100,00 reais por pessoa e por dia.
4. O hóspede deverá providenciar o conserto ou substituição de qualquer peça ou aparelho pertencente ao Condomínio ou a unidade, que tenha sido danificado por ele, ou seus acompanhantes, ou que esteja prestando serviço para ele, em até 24 (vinte e quatro) horas. Em se tratando de aluguel reservado por diárias e temporada, será comunicado ao mesmo e acionado o seguro e/ou caução estipulado para o conserto, ou reparo do bem.
5. Não transitar nos elevadores trajando roupas de praia, sem camiseta e descalço.
6. É proibido usar aparelhos de som, bebidas em garrafas de vidro e copos de vidro na área da piscina.
7. Não estender roupas, toalhas, tapetes, sapatos ou quaisquer objetos para secarem na varanda e janela da unidade. Cuspir, lançar papéis, ou qualquer outro resíduo pelas janelas, varandas, corredores, áreas, ou outros locais da edificação.
Favor não utilizar as toalhas de corpo e rosto como pano de chão. O uso inadequada desses itens ocasionará uma multa de R$ 100,00 por peça danificada.
8. É terminantemente proibido fumar dentro do apartamento, e na maioria das áreas comuns. Caso seja fumante pergunte na recepção a área que é permitida para o uso do mesmo.
9. Proibido jogar nos vasos sanitários, pias e tanques, objetos que possam causar o seu entupimento.
10. É de inteira responsabilidade dos pais que permitirem o uso dos elevadores por menores de 12 anos desacompanhados. Sendo proibido ainda, o uso desnecessário dos elevadores para recreação.
O local destinado para a recreação das crianças é a piscina acompanhadas por responsáveis legais.
